Please note, it is a rare occurrence that Pet Message On Hold cannot work with an existing phone system. However, if that circumstance should arise, we will work with you to determine an alternate solution or refund your money.

Most of our service tiers include at least 1 change per month, with double the number of messages at each price point. Should you need something added or deleted, you may use the changes that are included as a part of your level of service.
